What is your return/exchange policy?
For U.S. orders only, all returns and exchanges are free. We will issue a return or exchange for an item postmarked within 15 days of the order date if it is in an unwashed, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Outbound shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
For orders outside of the U.S., we do not offer returns and exchanges.
Standard Deviation gift cards are non-refundable.
How do I refund or exchange my merchandise?
- Pack your return or exchange securely in the original package if possible.
- Affix the prepaid UPS label included in your order to the package. Make sure that no other tracking labels are showing.
- Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location within 15 days of the order date.
- If you are exchanging a product, email email@example.com to tell our staff which item you're sending back and what you'd like in exchange.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and processed.
Once your return is processed, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
