Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship orders within the United States and its territories through our website. We also ship to these international countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes upon receipt of their order.

Under normal conditions, orders of available stock and that are received before 2 PM EST are shipped within the same business day. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders using standard shipping are not delivered on Sundays or holidays. Orders using 2 business day or overnight shipping are not delivered on weekends or holidays.


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of at least $75. For orders under $75 and international orders, standard shipping fees apply (please see below).

Transit times for standard shipping are typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. There may be longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.


Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We offer standard shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via FedEx SmartPost. We do not offer 2 business day or overnight shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
